Recently, my family completed purchasing a home with Dave Corum. WHAT A TASK (for him)! Full disclosure, we spent over 10 months looking for a "perfect" home in my husband's home town area. He first worked with my mother in law, the most "particular" person anyone will ever meet. Then, he worked with me long distance trying to find a home that would fit the needs of my Veteran husband. His knowledge of the area, tolerance of the California "need to know now" attitude and his ability to foresee and head off almost ALL obstacles created incredible trust, business relationship and even friendship. I am most impressed by Dave's ability to work with me long distance. Time differences, sometimes spotty internet and schedule issues were easily overcome with his ability to "go with the flow" and come up with an answer prior to the actual need. Dave's honesty and ability to deliver news or information is so professional, I felt like he was my best friend telling me I couldn't have rocky road ice cream that day. Painless and easy to change course if needed. THIS GUY will deliver. Any day, anytime, but mostly in East Tennessee. I am grateful for meeting and working with Dave Corum. Won't think twice ever again.

Dave did a great job for us. We did not end up finding a home in Knoxville, but Dave did everything he could to try and make something happen. He even went in the evening and measured rooms in a home for us. He also did video of the drive in and out of various areas so we could get a feel for various areas. I would recommend Dave if you are looking for someone in the Knoxville area.
